MET-TEC Roofing Limited is a metal roofing and cladding contractor working across London and the South East. Led by Lee Georgiou, Director & Lead Installer, we bring over 20 years of industry experience to zinc, copper, aluminium, steel, and single-ply membrane roofing systems for residential, commercial, and architectural projects.
We work directly with architects, main contractors, developers, and private clients. Whether you are specifying materials for a new build, planning an extension, or replacing an existing roof, we can advise on the right system for the building, the brief, and the budget.
Our approach
Most roofing contractors do not detail zinc or copper correctly. We've worked with nothing else for over 20 years — the materials we specify are ones we've installed hundreds of times.
We provide free advice and quotations before any commitment is made. We will tell you honestly whether a material is the right fit for your project, rather than simply agreeing with whatever has been specified. Our aim is for every installation to perform well and look good for decades.
