MET-TEC Roofing is based in Kent and works across London and the South East. We install standing seam, flat lock, single-ply, and other metal roofing and cladding systems on residential, commercial, and self-build projects throughout the region.

What areas do you cover?
We work across London and much of the South East, including Kent, Surrey, Essex, and Sussex. If your project is a little further afield, contact us with the location and scope of works and we can let you know whether it is within our working area.
Do you cover all London boroughs?
We can work across London, with particularly strong coverage in South East and East London due to our Kent base. Travel, access, and project size can all affect availability, so it is always worth checking with us early.
Do you only take on large projects?
No. We work on a range of projects, from smaller residential extension roofs and bay details through to new-build homes, larger cladding packages, and commercial roofing work.
Can you quote from drawings?
Yes. We can review drawings and project information for work across our coverage area, and many enquiries begin that way. If the project looks like a good fit, we can then advise on next steps for survey, specification, and pricing.
