Commercial Metal Roofing & Cladding
Metal roofing and cladding for offices, schools, retail units, and light industrial premises across London and the South East.
We carry out roofing and cladding work on commercial buildings including offices, retail units, schools, and light industrial premises. We are experienced in working within managed sites alongside other trades, and understand the importance of programme, coordination, and minimal disruption to occupants or operations.
Steel and aluminium are common choices for commercial projects, offering durability, low maintenance, and a wide range of finishes. Zinc cladding is increasingly specified on commercial buildings where a more architectural finish is required.
We work directly with building owners, facilities managers, and main contractors. Where we are working as a subcontractor, we are experienced in working within the disciplines of a managed programme and meeting the documentation requirements of larger projects.
All commercial work is carried out to the relevant British Standards and manufacturer specifications. We can provide full method statements, risk assessments, and COSHH documentation as required.
