If the spec is still at an early stage, we can assist with material selection and provide detailed costs for different options to help inform the decision. Early involvement avoids specification changes later, which are costly and disruptive on an active site.

Zinc, copper, aluminium, and steel are all appropriate for new build projects depending on the design intent, budget, and planning context. We can advise on the performance characteristics, maintenance requirements, and typical lifespan of each option.
