Metal Roofing & Cladding for New Builds
Supply and installation of metal roofing and cladding systems for new build residential and commercial projects.
Metal roofing is well-suited to new build residential and commercial projects. We work with developers and main contractors to supply and install roofing systems to specification, and are experienced in meeting the programme and documentation requirements of new build sites.
If the spec is still at an early stage, we can assist with material selection and provide detailed costs for different options to help inform the decision. Early involvement avoids specification changes later, which are costly and disruptive on an active site.
Zinc, copper, aluminium, and steel are all appropriate for new build projects depending on the design intent, budget, and planning context. We can advise on the performance characteristics, maintenance requirements, and typical lifespan of each option.
We work with architects, developers, and main contractors from pre-construction through to handover. Our experience on new build sites means we understand the coordination required to deliver roofing work within a managed programme.
