Our Services.
We supply and fit metal roofing, cladding, and flat roofing systems across London and the South East
Metal Roofing
We install metal roofing in zinc, copper, aluminium, and steel on pitched roofs, loft conversions, extensions, new builds, and commercial projects. Our primary system is standing seam — concealed fixings, no exposed screws, and a service life of 60 to 100 years. Flat lock is available where a lower-profile finish is required.
Standing seam can be installed vertically for a traditional linear appearance, or horizontally for a more contemporary banded effect. Flat lock panels interlock on all four edges and sit flush with the surface — well suited to complex geometries, curved roofs, and faceted facades where a raised seam system would be difficult to execute cleanly.
Metal Cladding
Metal cladding uses the same standing seam and flat lock panel systems on external walls — allowing a continuous, unified appearance across both roof and facade. We install wall cladding as a standalone finish or as part of a full envelope wrap on residential, self-build, and commercial projects.
One of the strongest design moves available in contemporary architecture is to wrap a building in a single material — using the same zinc or copper panel from the roof plane down the walls and around the openings. This requires careful planning of the substrate, waterproofing details, and junctions, but the result is a building that reads as a coherent whole rather than a collection of separate components.
We also install cladding as a standalone wall finish where the roof is a different material — a common approach on extensions and commercial projects where the wall elevation is the primary design focus.
Flat Roofing
For flat and low-pitched roofs we install two systems depending on the brief. Standing seam metal is the premium long-life option — ideal where the roof is visible or where longevity matters. Single-ply membrane is the right choice where budget is the primary consideration. Both are installed to the same standard with correct falls, perimeter detailing, and drainage.
Standing seam on flat roofs requires a fully supported substrate and careful perimeter detailing — upstands, flashings, and the connection to the wall all need to be designed precisely. A well-installed standing seam flat roof eliminates the exposed fixings and sealant joints that cause most flat roof failures.
A well-installed single-ply roof will perform reliably for 20 to 30 years. We install single-ply systems where appropriate and can advise on which system is the better fit for a given project.
